We use information to provide the service, place and receive calls on your behalf, generate transcripts and summaries, process billing, and improve the product.

3. Call recordings

Calls handled by your AI Twin may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for providing any legally required notice and consent to the people you contact.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as telephony, voice AI, and payment providers, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention and your choices

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
