These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Closedit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. This is template language and must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

1. Using Closedit

You may use Closedit only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws, including laws governing outbound calling, consent, and recording in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the lead data you upload and for having the right to contact those leads.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Calling and recording compliance

Closedit places and receives calls on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable telemarketing, consent, and call-recording regulations.

4. Billing

Paid plans and add-ons are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
